Conference Weekend. Was attending a medical conference stayed two night. A Very classy hotel all staff are highly trained professional charming people. Thank you Arun for the smooth check in. Room was very nice and clean. You can choose between the 3 types of people they have. The view is very beautiful of the city. Breakfast was very good, they have international foods so many choices. The outdoor seating was very nice with this beautiful weather and the amazing view of Dubai. Prayer rooms are available on the ground floor. A very nice pool area, gym and spa, a kids area was also available. Although it was cold outside but they kept the pool warm throughout. Festival city mall is connected from the ground floor. One of the best malls in Dubai. Special thanx to all the staff who made our stay special and memorable including reception, house keeping and car valet parking. One of the best hotel stays. It is obvious there is good management going on. Highly recommended. Thank you again for the wonderful conference weekend.. .

Good experience with kidz club. Here with luzia , nilukshi in kidz club at intercontinental festival city They are very nice babysitter, polite , friendly and so kind with kidz Ypu can trust them when you swim closed to the club . Also they welcome people and happy to help them anything .. .

Great Hotel, Great Staff, Great Location. We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City and couldn’t fault the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff truly stood out. The front-of-house team were warm, professional, and welcoming, the porters were efficient and friendly, and the service from the waiters throughout our stay was exceptional. The lifeguards were always attentive and professional, and the housekeeping team kept our room immaculate, ensuring everything was spotless and comfortable each day. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Being situated in Festival City gave us a more local and relaxed feel compared to some of the busier tourist areas, while still offering easy access to everything we needed. The direct connection and short walk to Dubai Festival City Mall was incredibly convenient, making shopping, dining, and entertainment effortless. The buffet dining experience was another highlight of our stay. The food was high-end, beautifully presented, and offered an excellent variety, with high-quality ingredients and flavours that exceeded expectations for a buffet. Each meal felt well thought out and consistently delicious. Overall, Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City offers outstanding service, a superb location, and excellent dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future.. .

Exceptional Service and True Hospitality by Anmol. I always choose to stay at Crowne Plaza Festival City, as it is a truly comfortable hotel and one I consistently return to. My children love it, and it always feels welcoming and easy for our family. Today’s stay was especially meaningful because of the exceptional support I received from a staff member named Anmol. I recently had surgery and have difficulty walking, and his kindness made a real difference to my experience. He assisted me to my room with genuine care, patience, and respect, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. What truly stood out was not only the help itself, but the sincere human touch. Anmol’s support turned a physically challenging moment into a calm and reassuring experience. Thank you sincerely to Anmol and to the hotel management for having such a caring and professional team. Experiences like this are exactly why I continue to choose this hotel and recommend it with full confidence.. .

good hotel. Pros; Excellent location close to festival city mall Valet service is great however entrance can get congested Front desk staff is superb Hotel is clean Cons; Rooms need updating and look older. .

Amazing service. Crowe plaza festival City is best hotel in Town first time I came this area I and my family like this area because airport is near connecting mall my family like to do shopping metro is near by Hotel facility and service are amazing Specially thanks to Mr man Kumar at concierge he make our stay memorial great hospitality. .

Great hotel very closed from the airport there is connecting mall from hotel to Mall Metro is near by and quiet area that is the reason I choose this hotel Mr man Kumar is very helpful person at concierge from the my arrival to until depature he provided me excellent service All perfect this hotel. .

Creating memories. Dear Bhawna and Atif, Thank you for thw wonderful hospitality. It was a great experience. Your kind gesture in arranging a birthday cake at breakfast made our daughter feel really very special. We are carrying fond memories back home and will cherish these moments forever. Thank you very much. Overall everything was great from the hotel room, breakfast dinner, location etc. Special shout out to the dinner at Anees. Amazing food and variety. It was a great blend of global cuisines. Everyone could relish the dinner as it caters to each individuals taste bud. If we come to Dubai again, we would definitely stay here again.. .
