Don’t miss this place - breakfast like no place else !. The Crown Plaza at Festival city is the greatest place in Dubai! The staff are amazing. The best part of the hotel is the breakfast and all the people that work at the restaurant are so accommodating, cheerful, and professional!! The moment you walk in, they greet you with a smile, and they fulfill all your request. The diversity of food and quality of the food is unlike anything I’ve ever seen before for a breakfast buffet. Ivan, Evelyn , Raj, Paran and Wint all became daily friends of ours. Mahmoud was so kind and Anish also made us feel at home. We have returned again and again over the past 18 years because of our experiences here- they never disappoint ! The rooms are wonderful and being attached to the mall is a true treat. Crowne plaza at festival city Dubai is a must do experience !. .

highly recommend. We had a great stay and the food options were amazing, we can highly recommend the dine around option so you can try all of the restaurants in the hotel. Everyone working here was so nice, especially chatted to Atif but every single person, whether waiter/waitress or housekeeper, was kind and helpful!

Belgian beer cafe best experience. The best bar i have visited in festival city Belgian beer cafe has good beers and food especially the Belgian burger
