The staff’s characters were terrible at first and they didn’t any attention to prepare a good experience to us because we should check in at 2 o’clock but they gave us the room at 4 and the waiting room of hotel was dramatically hotter than usual. Breakfast was too bad in comparison with Smart Hotel that We were stayed before this hotel.. .

. Inexpensive and well located, close to public transport, restaurants and attractions. The staff were kind and friendly and willing to help. Although we did receive some wrong information about a tourist location (we were told it was closed when it was in fact open). The biggest problem was that we could not get a strong Wi-Fi signal in our room during our stay, quite often it would drop out completely. The rooms are clean and well maintained but they could do with some decorations, that goes for the corridors as well.. .

İsmira otel. İsmira otele ikinci gidişim oldu. Otel gayet temizdi. İlgi alaka güzeldi. Personel oldukça yardımsever ve kibardı. Probleminizi dinliyor ve hemen çözüm buluyorlardı. . Personal war sehr nett, allerdings war das Bad nicht richtig geputzt. Steckdosen für den Föhn an der Wand waren locker und hingen raus.
Die Duschkabine war dwfekt und nur mit grosser Mühe konnte man die Tür zuziehen damit kein Wasser auf dem Boden kommt.. .
