. Another enjoyable stay at the Mina. The hotel is stunning, fab location and one of our favourites to stay when in Dubai. The cleaning staff get a special mention the place is spotless. I was a little disappointed that a number of food places within the hotel were closed and we hadn’t been given prior warning which gave limited choice on half board if you wanted to stay in the hotel at night. Having said that the staff at Hanarra the buffet option were great, from Garcia, Alyssia on the front desk to all the servers and chefs, who made my particularly fussy husband some food when he couldn’t find something he wanted. Thank you ! Also special mention to Imran who looks after guests waiting for buggy’s. He switch his aircon up when I needed cooling down on the way back from the beach ! . .

. Lovely stay, this property is stunning, gorgeous decor and super clean. Overall staff were fabulous from Yana on reception to Afzal on the beach. Did note some reception staff being rude to other guests. Great rooms, spotless and cleaning staff amazing. Food top notch and again staff amazing. Would definitely stay again. Would like to point out that main pool not very kid friendly compared to other Jumeriah hotels and also the decking got very hot, should be looked at as there are no warning signs and children (and adults) could easily burn feet if no shoes. Beach staff were also great, although one day was disappointed to see at least 10 sun beds “reserved” all day for people who didn’t appear. Caused some issues with people complaining. Not a good look for a five star hotel. Small issues but overall great stay and would definitely recommend. . .

. I have stayed at the Mina Salam three times and I absolutely love it. It’s a tasteful boutique Arabic style hotel. I have always booked club at the hotel but there has been some changes which I feel wasn’t worth the extra cost. The club lounge is ok if you want quiet time with some drinks and very small light snacks. This hotel is amazing . .
