Highly recommended.. Location is perfect, food in hotel restaurants is perfect, especially in IL MOTTO. Stuff is very polite and helpful. HB is perfect and flexible because you can choose lunch or dinner!!!. Carpet in the room was not perfectly clean, but this is only bed thing we could find in whole hotel..

Comfortable stay with amazing staff who made a difficult situation better. Staff were friendly and professional during an unprecendented time. We were able to stay in the hotel without any fuss and all the amienteties and facilitates were fully operational and the staff were great.. Hot water was a little inconsistent, but understood this to be due to the fewer guests using the hot water..

An amazing stay that we truly enjoyed from start to finish, we would happily return.. The stay was absolutely amazing. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was comfortable and well prepared. A special mention to Francis at breakfast, he was outstanding. He always checked in to ask how we slept, how our day was going, and whether we needed anything. His warm and caring approach truly made us feel welcomed and at home. Everything from arrival to settling in felt smooth and well thought out.. Honestly, there was nothing to fault. Everything met and even exceeded our expectations during the stay..
