Excellent Mercure Hotel. It was amazing at excellent service with staff , the guy who assist us in the pool as a lifeguard is Mr Shaidujaman , we stay in the Mercure hotel at 124 the room was clean and nice. For sure we gonna come back. .

An excellent swimming pool.. Shaidujaman assisted me really well at the pool. Hotel is also really good & they have a good club in it named Headlines. Will be here back soon.. .

Mecure hotel. Ravi lifeguard nice and informative pool and facilities fantastic. Pool was set a good tempreture. Shame the bar is not open or in use would of made it more better yet no complaints from me. .

Superb attention for guest. ❤️. I stayed at Mercure Hotel on July 31 and had a truly wonderful experience( Room no 440, Im From Sri lanka ). From the moment I arrived, the front house reception team gave me a warm welcome and excellent service. Their kindness, attention to detail, and professionalism made me feel right at home. They were always ready to assist with a smile, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
I also want to give special thanks to the swimming pool lifeguard team – Ravi and Pushpa. They were very attentive, friendly, and made sure everyone at the pool felt safe and comfortable. Their positive attitude and dedication really stood out.
Thank you to the entire team at Mercure Hotel for such a pleasant and memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!. .
