. I had a delightful weekend stay at the Novotel Deira. The staff were all vry kind, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was a great value and a great way to start the day. I enjoyed early morning walks in the park adjacent to the hotel and evening stops in Vertigo, the lobby bar. Thank you to Jun, Maureen and all of the wonderful staff. . .

Very satisfying. I have been staying at Novotel Deira Dubai for ten days and will be here for a few more. First, I would like to congratulate the hotel management for providing everything needed for an excellent stay. The quality of services is perfect. The lobby and restaurant areas are very beautiful, and all the staff are polite and friendly. There is always a pleasant fragrance and soothing, appropriate music in the air. The rooms are cleaned daily, and any shortages are immediately replenished. The food and desserts and sweets at the breakfast and lunch buffets is varied and very delicious. Supervisor Janaka is very polite he is nice man, as are the other staff whose names I don’t remember. The reception staff are also very welcoming. I received positive vibes from all the staff and waiters. The hotel is constantly being cleaned. The pool area and the pool water are clean and clear, and the new gym area is beautiful and well-equipped, making it great for a short stay. I truly did not find any negative points here. All the staff perform their duties correctly and genuinely respect the guests. I have previously stayed at Ibis One Central on Sheikh Zayed Road, and it was the same experience. Overall, I am very satisfied with Novotel in Dubai and highly recommend it to everyone. Although it is an economy hotel and not a luxury one, it truly exceeds the expectations of an economy hotel.. .

. The stay is extremely pleasant and comfortable, especially the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable able to provide the best service possible. It’s my stopover trip and I had no clue how to handle but everything went well. The location of the hotel is very convenient to metro and easy to navigate to the main sightseeing.. .

Wonderful stay. Absolutely wonderful stay We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing visit.The staff truly stood out — they were friendly, professional, and always willing for help specially big thanks to ms. jun and adil , the service was smooth and welcoming. The location was perfect, conveniently situated close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions, making it easy to explore the area without hassle. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!. .

Room for Improvement Despite Warm Welcome. We recently stayed at your property and would like to share some honest feedback with the hope that it contributes to improving your services. Our arrival experience was very engaging, thanks to Mr. Mohamed at the front desk. He welcomed us warmly and explained the hotel facilities in detail. He even mentioned a kids’ corner, which sounded promising for our children. Unfortunately, when we visited the area, we were surprised and disappointed to find two adults sleeping there—clearly not an appropriate or welcoming environment for kids. We ordered dinner from the hotel and found the food quality far below the expectations of a hotel under the Accor brand. The nasi goreng came with a half-burned egg, and the chicken nuggets for the kids were overcooked to the point of being rubbery. It didn’t feel like any effort had been made to prepare the food properly. The breakfast the next morning was very basic, just about acceptable. The room was fair for our budget; however, it had a strong moldy smell that made the stay uncomfortable. We had to call several times to get someone to spray air freshener. Moreover, despite booking for two adults and two children, the room was not prepared accordingly—we had to wait 40–50 minutes for extra water, pillows, and a blanket. After waiting, I decided to check the hallway and was fortunate to find two helpful housekeepers, Ms. Hira and Mr. Manjeel, who were incredibly kind and promptly provided what we needed. Their attitude and willingness to help were much appreciated. We understand that this is a budget-friendly hotel, and we appreciate the concept. However, service quality needs improvement to uphold the standards associated with the Accor brand. Lastly, a small suggestion: since many families stay at your hotel, it would be a great value addition to have a proper kids’ club or at least a dedicated kids’ corner with toys, coloring materials, and basic activities. It would go a long way in keeping children engaged and happy. Thank you for taking the time to read our feedback. Excellent location and services offered.. The staff and conditions at the Novotel have always pleased me. Also, the location is very nice as there is a very convenient supermarket close by with a choice of so many restaurents, exchange bureaus, etc. . .

This hotel truly felt like a home away from home. The room was beautifully maintained and the staff were incredibly kind. Our stay was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were exceptional: friendly, professional, and always smiling, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived from bell desk ayyppan, amor, jun,shasi, adil and sudip gave extremely super service they went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, with a great variety that exceeded our expectations. Every meal felt like a treat. The location was also perfect—convenient, peaceful, and close to everything we needed, which made exploring the area so easy. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We leave with great memories and will definitely return and recommend this hotel to others!. .
