Bad experience. Nice and clean hotel with beautiful view but very bad service , poor communication in English, room was supposed to be with kitchen facilities- no facilities, breakfast was supposed to be served from 7-11 - they serve from 8 , hotel booking paid online- they wanted to charge again , for the price I paid you can find better hotels closer to the centre of Batumi. .

Very poor service . Modern and clean hotel , spacious rooms and location within 10 minutes to the beach - these are the only advantages. But very poor service : on arrival no computer check of my booking just statement that there is no booking for me , then when I asked to check they found it but wanted to charge me again !!! When I arrived to the room there was no kitchen facilities which was shown on my booking received from hotels.com - the receptionist said there was no kitchen facilities in standard room - very poor communication in English for 4 star hotel - on my last day of staying leaving early to the airport I wanted to have breakfast at 7:30 ( breakfast serving 7:00 - 11:00 ) again receptionist says they serve breakfast from 8:00 - for 4 star hotel the guest should be informed on arrival about breakfast service and they should also change the time on list of information available in the room - overall for the price paid you can find better hotels not that far from city centre . .

Apart hotel. Great hotel friendly staff very clean. Excellent food in the cafe. 5 minutes away from the beach and boulevard. Very enjoyable stay. Close to the center walking distance. Comfortable beds and wide rooms.highly recommended for families and friends . .

Excellent apartment. Near new apartment, great amenities with Black Sea view. Very reasonably priced, front desk staff speak very good English. Parking available in the front. Close to city center (1km, ~$10GEL to get a taxi to and from city center). Highly recommend to all!. .

Very Nice and relaxing stay. I'm in love with this place, in fact so far this is my second stay at the same hotel.
Veey nice and friendly staff, very clean and spacious suites, nicely decorated with amazing sea view.
The breakfast needs improvement however.
Other than that amazing place to stay.. .

Great hotel . Very nice rooms on 21 and 22 floors. New hotel, rooms clean and tidy. But book room with sea view, small difference in price but huge in satisfaction. Very good food in the bar, friendly personnel. What can I say more... Enjoy your visit in the hotel!. .
