New and nice location but bad service. The hotel has new facilities and located in a very nice place of Izmir at Mavisehir
but the service was bad
I asked for a baby park for my kid but they did not have that day. After three days they delivered a broken one
I asked for an iron and after several times they delivered and when they cleaned my room that day they took it and I had to ask several times again!
When I did check out, they did not have a porter neither a cart for holding my baggage down to my car. So I had to carry them my self

Good but can be better. The hotel is nice but the neighborhood is a bit run down, rooms are very big, but not soo clean, our room smelled and when i spoke to the reception he told me there js nothing he can do about it, overall its not too bad but definitely not as good as it seems, id rate it a 7/10. .
